Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and detail-oriented Social Media Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging and original content that aligns with our brand identity, resonates with our target audience, and drives growth across multiple social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Strategy

• Develop, plan, and execute content ideas for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Create engaging photo, video, and written content tailored to each platform’s audience.
• Stay updated with social media trends, memes, and viral formats to integrate into brand content.
• Shoot and edit short-form videos, reels, stories, and photos using mobile devices or professional cameras.
• Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and visual identity across all content
• Post content according to the content calendar and engage with followers through comments, messages, and shares.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
• Monitor performance analytics to understand what works and optimize future content.
• Research competitors, industry trends, and audience preferences.
• Suggest new content formats, storytelling approaches, and engagement tactics.

Requirements:

• Proven experience creating engaging social media content (portfolio or examples required).
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other major platforms.
• Basic photography/videography and editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Creative mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and scheduling tools is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
