As a Social Media Manager & Content Creator at Queens Jewels, a bespoke luxury jewelry brand based in Gurgaon, you will be at the forefront of blending timeless elegance with modern design to create captivating content that resonates with Gen Z and millennial audiences. Your role will involve conceptualizing, shooting, and editing engaging Instagram Reels, product showcases, behind-the-scenes footage, and customer testimonial videos using your creative storytelling skills. You will own the Instagram and Facebook handles, crafting a social media strategy that boosts engagement and visibility by leveraging trends, music, and formats to create viral-ready content in line with the brand's voice. Monitoring analytics and audience behavior will be key to tweak strategies for better reach and engagement, ensuring the brand's visual identity and tone are maintained and evolved across all platforms. Collaboration and coordination are vital aspects of this role, as you will work closely with the founder, marketing team, and photographers for campaign shoots. Coordinating with stylists, influencers, and customers for user-generated content will be part of your responsibilities, documenting client visits, design sessions, and events for behind-the-scenes storytelling. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 2 years of proven experience managing social media for luxury, fashion, or lifestyle brands. A willingness to work 6 days a week from 9.30 am to 6.30 pm in Gurgaon is required. You should showcase a portfolio of past reels, Instagram pages handled, or content created, along with proficiency in video editing tools such as InShot, CapCut, Canva, VN, and Lightroom. An excellent sense of aesthetics, color, trends, and storytelling, coupled with a passion for fashion, jewelry, and a deep understanding of today's audience preferences, are essential. Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment are crucial for success in this role.
