Description
As a creative, fashion-savvy Content Creator & Social Media Manager, your role will involve managing and growing our womens clothing brands online presence. You should possess a strong understanding of fashion trends, Instagram Reels, UGC style content, Meta Ads creatives, and influencer collaborations. - Plan, shoot, and edit Reels, Stories, and Photoshoots for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms. - Develop UGC-style videos, product styling videos, try-on hauls, and behind-the-scenes content. - Write engaging captions, hooks, and ad copies aligned with brand tone. - Coordinate with photographers, models, and influencers for shoots. - Manage brand presence on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts. - Plan and maintain a content calendar (festive drops, launches, offers). - Run community engagement: reply to comments, DMs, and tag-based interactions. - Track analytics (CTR, reach, engagement, follower growth). - Work with performance marketing team to create high-performing ad creatives. - Identify and manage influencers & creators for collaborations. - Coordinate with design/marketing team for product launch campaigns. Qualifications: - 3 years of experience in fashion/e-commerce content creation or social media. - Strong knowledge of Instagram Reels trends, Meta Ads creatives, Canva/CapCut/Adobe Premiere Pro. - Excellent communication skills (English + Hindi preferred). - Understanding of fashion styling, color aesthetics, and womens clothing trends. - Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. (Note: The job type is Full-time, Permanent with benefits including Provident Fund. The work location is in person.)
