Social Media Content Creator

Role Overview: As a Content Creator & Social Media Manager for our womens clothing brands, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our online presence. Your role will involve creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and collaborating with influencers to promote our brand effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, shoot, and edit Reels, Stories, and Photoshoots for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms. - Develop UGC-style videos, product styling videos, try-on hauls, and behind-the-scenes content. - Write engaging captions, hooks, and ad copies in line with the brand tone. - Coordinate with photographers, models, and influencers for various shoots. - Manage the brand presence on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts. - Maintain a content calendar for festive drops, launches, and offers. - Engage with the community by responding to comments, DMs, and tag-based interactions. - Monitor analytics including CTR, reach, engagement, and follower growth. - Collaborate with the performance marketing team to create effective ad creatives. - Identify and manage influencers & creators for collaborations. - Coordinate with the design/marketing team for product launch campaigns. Qualifications Required: - 3 years of experience in fashion/e-commerce content creation or social media. - Proficiency in Instagram Reels trends, Meta Ads creatives, Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Premiere Pro. - Strong communication skills in English and Hindi. - Understanding of fashion styling, color aesthetics, and womens clothing trends. - Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
