About the Role

Social Media & Collaborations Manager

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing a social media strategy aligned with brand goals
• Creating and curating engaging content that reflects our boutique identity
• Leading collaborations with influencers, creators, and like-minded brands
• Spotting trends and turning them into engaging campaigns
• Analyzing insights and adapting strategies to maximize reach & impact
• Craft strategies aligned with the Hotels goals
• Plan, guide, and manage shoots & creatives
• Bring together designers, editors & marketers — and make sure they all move in the right direction

What we’re looking for:

• 2–3 years of experience in social media management
• Strong aesthetic sense + strategic thinking
• Experience managing collaborations and partnerships
• Up-to-date with digital trends and content formats
• Hospitality or lifestyle brand experience is a plus
