As a Client Account Manager at our company located in Kolkata, West Bengal, you will play a crucial role in managing client accounts and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Here are the key responsibilities you will be entrusted with: - Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring a deep understanding of key deliverables and leading the day-to-day management of client experience. - Facilitate effective communication between the client and the team, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. - Assign tasks, coordinate with the creative team, review progress at each step, provide valuable suggestions, and ensure that project expectations are met. - Efficiently manage multiple clients' needs simultaneously to ensure timely delivery of projects. - Coordinate all aspects of client project management and handle related administrative tasks proficiently. - Assist in project coordination with the creative and production team, as well as external vendors, to ensure smooth workflow. - Apply your understanding of branding practices and agency guidelines to prepare and assist in presentations. - Conduct research and develop a content strategy aligned with the brand's philosophy and objectives across various platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Youtube. Qualifications required for this role include: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Minimum of 1+ years of relevant experience in a reputable Creative Agency or Advertising Agency.
