Social Media Campaign Executive

Job Summary

The Social Media Campaign Executive manages and optimizes social media campaigns to drive recruitment and brand awareness. This role includes creating content, analyzing performance, and collaborating with teams to generate leads and engage candidates effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X) to generate recruitment leads and build brand awareness.
• Create and schedule engaging content tailored for overseas recruitment audiences.
• Manage company social pages; monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries.
• Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing, recruitment, and lead teams for efficient lead handling.
• Stay updated on social media trends and competitor activities.

Daily Tasks:

• Update content calendar and post scheduled content.
• Monitor and optimize paid ads daily.
• Respond to candidate and client queries promptly.
• Maintain campaign records and share performance insights.
• Coordinate with teams for timely follow-up.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media management or campaign execution, preferably in recruitment or staffing sectors.
• Strong proficiency with social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, Google).
• Experience with paid advertising tools and social media analytics (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Sprout Social, Hootsuite).
• Excellent written and visual communication skills; ability to design compelling social content.
• Collaborative approach; experience working with marketing, recruitment, and creative teams.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
