Social Media & Brand Liaison (POC)

As a Social Media & Brand Liaison (POC) at Genarch, you will play a crucial role in facilitating seamless communication and coordination between the internal brand team and the external social media agency. Your responsibilities will include: - Acting as the central liaison between Genarch's internal brand team and the external social media agency. - Ensuring that all content aligns with Genarch's tone, voice, and creative direction. - Gathering, organizing, and relaying all necessary information to the social media team for timely content delivery. - Assisting in monthly content planning to maintain consistency across platforms for enhanced brand awareness and engagement. In addition to social media coordination, you will also be involved in supporting HR functions, business development tasks, and communication efforts: - Supporting HR functions such as employee onboarding, welfare initiatives, team engagement activities, and basic documentation. - Serving as a point of contact for employee queries and fostering a positive work environment. - Providing business development support by coordinating presentations, client communication, and project-related documentation. - Assisting in creating marketing materials, presentation decks, and internal communication content. - Maintaining the brand's voice across various communication channels and marketing collateral. - Coordinating with internal teams for ongoing and upcoming campaigns. While qualifications and skills required for this role include: - 4-6 years of experience in a POC or liaison role, preferably with a social media agency or similar external team. - Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset. - Good organizational and time-management abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Comfort working in a creative/architecture/design environment is a plus.
