Role Summary We are seeking a proactive Social Media & Brand Liaison (POC) to act as the primary point of contact between our internal brand team and the external social media agency. The role will ensure seamless communication and coordination, ensuring that the social media team receives all necessary information to create content that aligns with Genarch’s voice and creative direction. In addition to social media coordination, this role will involve supporting employee welfare, handling office coordination, and assisting with business development tasks as needed. Key Responsibilities 1. Social Media & Brand Coordination ● Act as the central liaison between Genarch’s internal brand team and the external social media agency. ● Ensure all content aligns with Genarch’s tone, voice, and creative direction. ● Gather, organise, and relay all required information so the social media team has what they need to deliver content on time. ● Assist with monthly content planning, maintaining consistency across platforms to support brand awareness and engagement. 2. HR & Business Development Support ● Support HR functions such as employee onboarding, welfare initiatives, team engagement activities, and basic documentation. ● Act as a point of contact for employee queries, ensuring a smooth and positive work environment. ● Provide BD support when required, coordinating presentations, client communication, and project-related documentation. 3. Communication Support ● Assist in creating marketing materials, presentation decks, and internal communication content. ● Help maintain and reinforce the brand’s voice across email, newsletters, digital communication, and marketing collateral. ● Coordinate with internal teams to collect inputs for ongoing and upcoming campaigns. 4. Event Coordination (Minimal Requirement) ● Assist in planning and coordinating internal and external events, including meetings, workshops, client gatherings, and employee engagement activities. ● Support logistics and execution for occasional team-building activities or brand-related events. Qualifications & Skills ● 4-6 years of experience in a POC or liaison role, preferably with a social media agency or similar external team. ● Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset. ● Good organisational and time-management abilities. ● Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). ● Comfort working in a creative/architecture/design environment is a plus, not mandatory.
