Key Responsibilities: - Devise and implement captivating social media strategies customized to suit diverse brands. - Create visually appealing posters, reels, and multimedia content that resonate with the brand's identity. - Stay abreast of social media trends, algorithms, and emerging formats to enhance content visibility. - Manage multiple social media accounts, schedule content, and analyze performance metrics. - Collaborate with designers and content creators to deliver top-notch visuals and marketing campaigns. - Evaluate campaign performance and refine strategies based on audience insights. Requirements: - 6 months to 1 year of agency experience in social media marketing. - Proficiency in poster creation, reels, and content ideation for various brands. - In-depth knowledge of social media trends, audience behavior, and engagement tactics. - Prior experience in a fast-paced agency environment managing multiple clients. - Ability to collaborate effectively with designers and content teams to execute impactful campaigns.
