You are an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Expert who will be joining our growing team. You should have hands-on experience in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads and Google Ads, along with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, campaign optimization, and performance tracking. If you have skills in video/poster creation for marketing campaigns, that will be considered an added advantage. Your key responsibilities will include planning, executing, and managing paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) platforms. You will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing ad performance to maximize ROI and conversion, conducting keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing, as well as monitoring and reporting on key campaign metrics and KPIs. Collaboration with the content/design team to create compelling ad creatives is also a part of your role. It is essential for you to stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure the success of our digital marketing efforts.
