Social Media Analyst

As a Social Media Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing social media performance using advanced analytical tools. You will track and interpret key metrics such as engagement rates, follower growth, conversions, and overall performance. Your role will involve generating comprehensive and actionable reports that provide insights into the effectiveness of social media campaigns. It is essential to stay updated on trends, competitor strategies, and platform algorithm updates to proactively optimize our social media strategy. Collaboration with the content creation and digital marketing teams will be crucial in developing data-driven strategies. Additionally, conducting audience research to understand demographics, behavior, and preferences for informing targeted marketing campaigns will be an integral part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or related fields. Previous experience as a Social Media Analyst or in a similar role is required. Proficiency with social analytics tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, SEMrush, or similar platforms is necessary. Strong analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to convert data into clear, actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills will be beneficial, as well as familiarity with digital marketing strategies and best practices. This is a full-time position, and the benefits include paid sick time. The work schedule is during the day, and the job location is in person in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
