We are looking for a results-driven Social Media Ads Expert to develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. The ideal candidate is data-savvy, creative, and has a proven track record of driving ROI through paid social strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2+ years of hands-on experience in managing social media ads. Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads (preferred). Strong analytical and reporting skills using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc. Creative thinking with an eye for design and content relevance. Excellent communication and time management skills.
