As an Account Manager (Digital Marketing) / Client Servicing Manager at Sociapa, your role involves being a proactive and client-focused professional responsible for building strong client relationships and managing digital marketing projects from start to finish. You will ensure the seamless execution of campaigns aligned with client objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, nurturing strong and long-term relationships. - Understand client goals, brand positioning, and market dynamics to develop effective digital marketing strategies. - Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media, content, and performance) to deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines. - Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure complete client satisfaction. - Present campaign plans, reports, and performance insights to clients in a clear and professional manner. - Proactively identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support business expansion through up-selling and cross-selling services. - Resolve client concerns with a solution-oriented approach, maintaining trust and transparency throughout. - Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and emerging best practices to provide strategic value to client accounts. **Skills & Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. - 3-5 years of hands-on experience in account management, client servicing, or digital marketing. - Proficiency in digital marketing services such as SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Content Creation, and Branding. - Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. - Strong project management abilities to handle multiple projects concurrently. - Familiarity with digital tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Ads Manager, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Strategic thinking with attention to detail and a focus on quality delivery. In addition to the above requirements, prior experience in managing clients in industries like FMCG, Healthcare, Lifestyle, or Consumer Brands is preferred. You should be able to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment, demonstrating a high degree of professionalism, organization, and accountability. The compensation offered for this position ranges from 30k to 45k+ based on your experience and skills. You will be reporting to the Account Director / Client Services Head in this full-time, permanent role. Please note that this position is based in Noida Sector 116 and requires in-person work during day and morning shifts. Paid sick time and a performance bonus are included in the benefits package.,
