Social Care Assistant

As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing engaging social media campaigns and defining key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure their success. You will update content across various social media channels and actively engage with followers and customers, resolving any queries they may have. Additionally, you will utilize social media marketing tools such as Hootsuite and Sprout Social to enhance the reach and impact of your campaigns. It will be your role to stay updated on the latest social media trends and monitor SEO and website traffic to optimize content and improve visibility. You will analyze campaign data and web traffic metrics to assess performance and make data-driven decisions. Building and maintaining relationships with social media influencers will be key in expanding the reach and impact of your campaigns. Furthermore, you will collaborate with content developers to optimize the quality and relevance of the content being shared on social media platforms. Effective communication with stakeholders and senior management will be essential to align social media strategies with broader business objectives. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as provided food, health insurance, paid sick time, and paid time off.
