Escalations resource capability Resource needs to be Graduate and CCNP certified with at least 7 years of experience in networking field
Level 2 Wi-Fi/LAN issues
Wi-Fi Survey
Level 2 BAU issues in DC
Firewall flow checking
L2 Network Management for Iwan networks
Attend MIM Calls
Troubleshoot L2 issues in Network
Identify link issues like packet drops, link flapping, HSRP flapping
DR Drills
High level Change activities
Critical Common Vulnerabilities fix Prepare & verify TID & MCC for multiple changes
Licence Upgrade
CVE Patch upgrade, IOS upgrade
SAT Process
Organise daily call for Incident & SRM tickets for continual improvements
Updating & Verifying Network diagrams Monitor & Maintain network infrastructure, including SDWAN, SCBRACK, LAN, WAN, Firewall, Load balancer, Aruba wireless, and data centre networks Globally
Monitor & Maintain Multi-Vendor Environment like Avaya, Juniper, Aruba switches
Monitor & Maintain on Cisco catalyst and Nexus switches, Routers, SDWAN devices
