SOC Analyst (L2 Support)

**Job Description:** Intellismith is seeking a SOC Analyst (L2 Support) to become part of their team working on a project for a globally recognized consulting firm specializing in technology, risk, compliance, and internal audit. As a SOC Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include incident analysis, determining root causes, and recommending solutions. You will also be tasked with monitoring Level 1 activities, providing real-time situational awareness to internal stakeholders, and ensuring the integration among assets remains intact. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform incident analysis, determine root cause, and recommend solutions - Monitor and review Level 1 activities - Provide real-time situational awareness to internal stakeholders - Standardize configurations for applications, network, databases, servers, etc. - Develop and implement processes for operational and supporting team integration - Triage incidents based on a predefined threat matrix - Ensure integration among assets remains intact - Keep SOC documents like operating procedures, configuration management, and low-level design updated **Qualifications Required:** - 3-6 years of experience as a SOC Analyst - B.E./B.Tech in Computer science or Information Technology (Intellismith is a dynamic HR service and technology startup founded in 2019, dedicated to addressing India's employability challenges.
