SOC Analyst L1 Data Security Technologies

As a SOC Analyst L1 at Data Security Technologies, your role will involve monitoring and supporting daily PIM/PAM tasks and workflows, working with data and access security tools like HIPS, DAM, and MFA, performing basic troubleshooting using IIS and other tools, assisting with version upgrades for applications and devices, using networking fundamentals to check and resolve issues, handling incidents and service requests using enterprise ITSM ticketing tools, and working closely with the team to keep systems safe and running smoothly. Qualifications required for this role include an education in BE/B.Tech/BCA/MCA/BSc (IT or Computer-related fields), 2 to 4 years of experience, certifications such as CCNA, CEH, or product-related certifications, and basic knowledge of Privileged Identity/Access Management (PIM/PAM), HIPS, DAM, MFA tools, networking concepts and common commands, IIS, and troubleshooting, as well as version upgrade tasks.
