Snr Manager, Cross Skilled - SCM

As a Technology professional at Standard Chartered Bank, you will have the opportunity to work across SCM applications focusing on SAP Workflow architecting and configuring Supply Chain related integrations/functionalities in Ariba, S4 HANA, AP, MM, VIM, CIG, Concur, Amex, and GBT. You will be required to quickly grasp the core business functionality of applications and adapt to newer technologies. Adhering to the SDLC & ADO processes followed by the GBS group is crucial for successful execution of your responsibilities. In this role, you will be expected to lead by example, building a culture and values that align with the organization's ethos. It is essential to set the right tone and expectations for your team while collaborating with risk and control partners. Ensuring ongoing training and development of team members to enhance their skills and qualifications is paramount. You will also be responsible for reviewing production capacity plans and incident trends. You must take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics and compliance across the bank. Key stakeholders for this role will include those involved in supply chain technology-related technical/functional delivery. You will also be responsible for embedding the bank's brand and values while performing other assigned duties under Group, Country, Business, or Functional policies and procedures. The ideal candidate for this role should possess skills and experience in SAP Workflow, Concur, ADO, Cloud Governance, and Excel. The minimum educational requirement is a Bachelor's degree, and training will be provided internally. Proficiency in English is essential for this position.
