Job Description

Snowflake Developer

Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using
Snowflake
.
Implement data models, schemas, and transformations for analytics and reporting.
Optimize Snowflake performance through clustering, partitioning, and query tuning.
Integrate Snowflake with various data sources using
ETL/ELT tools
(e.g., Informatica, Talend, dbt, Apache Airflow).
Ensure data quality, security, and governance across the platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
Develop and maintain stored procedures, views, and user-defined functions in Snowflake.
Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline issues and performance bottlenecks.

5+ years of experience in
data engineering or BI development
, with at least 3 years in
Snowflake
.
Strong proficiency in
SQL
,
Snowflake scripting
, and
data modeling
.
Experience with
cloud platforms
(AWS, Azure, GCP) and
data integration tools
.
Familiarity with
version control systems
(e.g., Git) and
CI/CD pipelines
.
Understanding of
data governance
,
security
, and
compliance
best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.
Snowflake certifications (e.g., SnowPro Core or Advanced).
Experience with
Python
,
Spark
, or
Kafka
is a plus.
