Role Overview: As a Data Analyst with 4-6 years of experience in Power BI/Tableau and Python, you will be an integral part of our dynamic data analytics team. Your role will involve analyzing complex data sets, generating actionable insights, and creating advanced reporting solutions using Power BI or Tableau. Your strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization, and robust programming capabilities will be key to success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. - Utilize Python for data cleaning, transformation, and advanced analysis. - Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions primarily using Power BI or Tableau. - Design, create and deploy reports using Power BI or Tableau. - Optimize dashboards for usability, performance, flexibility, and standardization. - Create regular reports for stakeholders, including executive summaries and detailed data analysis. - Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and deliver tailored data solutions. - Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation and regular data quality checks. - Manage databases and data models to support analytical needs. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide solutions. - Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and visualization. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. - 4-6 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on Power BI / Tableau and Python. - Proficiency in Power BI and Tableau, with hands-on experience in developing and managing dashboards and reports. - Strong knowledge of Python for data manipulation, automation, and analysis. - Experience with DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and SQL (Structured Query Language) for querying and managing data. - Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and relational databases. - Certification in Tableau/ Power BI will be a plus. Additional Details: There is no constraint on working from ODC if there is a client ask.
