Snowflake Admin

As a Snowflake Administrator, your role will involve managing and maintaining the Snowflake environment, including warehouses, databases, and users. Your expertise in Snowflake administration, DevOps, and Python programming will be crucial for this position. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain the Snowflake environment, including warehouses, databases, and users. - Monitor and manage costs associated with Snowflake usage. - Provision databases, warehouses, and other Snowflake resources as needed. - Configure and manage network policies to ensure secure access to Snowflake resources. - Implement and manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to ensure proper access controls. - Integrate Snowflake with AWS objects, such as S3, Lambda, and API Gateway. - Integrate Snowflake with Cortex AI. - Integrate Snowflake with MSK (Mandatory). - Develop and maintain Python scripts to automate Snowflake administrative tasks. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in Snowflake administration. - Minimum 1 year of experience in DevOps practices. - Minimum 1 year of experience in AWS services, including S3, Lambda, and API Gateway. - Strong understanding of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) concepts. - Strong Python programming skills. Nice to Have: - Experience with Cortex AI integration with Snowflake. - Experience with Snowflake Data Warehouse, including data modeling and performance optimization. - Experience with AWS CloudFormation, including template development and stack management. Please note that Snowflake Administrator certification is highly preferred for this role.,
