Role Overview: As a Senior Software Engineer at CGI, you will be responsible for designing and configuring ITSM, flows, scripting, and integration in ServiceNow. Your main focus will be on change management, incident management, problem management, service catalog, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and Access Control List. Your role will require excellent communication and collaboration skills, along with experience in the financial sector, preferably the Insurance sector.
