SMT Technician

As an Operator Technician per SMT Line, your primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of the Surface Mount Technology (SMT) Line. Your role involves handling various tasks related to material delivery, machine operation, logistic support, and production efficiency. Here is a breakdown of your key responsibilities: - Delivering laser marked PCBs and SMD components to the SMT Line - Transporting SMT change over trolleys between the Set-up area - Providing clean stencils for the next order and managing dirty stencil delivery - Ensuring timely delivery of solder paste, squeegee, and stencil cleaning supplies - Handling SMT production trash removal from the shopfloor - Supporting logistic functions related to SMD component and material supply In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also be involved in the following tasks related to machine operation: - Moving magazines and loading them with PCBs - Loading Bare Board Loader and preparing for product changes - Managing stencil cleaning paper and solvent supplies - Performing SPI, SMD program loading, and component barcode scanning - Handling special feeder materials and SMD machine changeover preparation - Conducting program changes and parameter checks for efficient production - Verifying AOI programs, conducting PCB checks, and solving minor AOI issues Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the Reflow Oven, Unloader, and other machines in accordance with the AOI SOP. This includes verifying AOI programs, conducting PCB inspections, and solving minor AOI issues to maintain production quality. Please note that the MTC tray loading task is not applicable currently. Your role also involves documentation tasks, such as maintaining event logs and using efficiency apps for machine performance tracking.
