(b) Yamaha - YV100X, YV100Xg, YV100II
Knowledge of Automated Optical Inspection, SPI and Paste Printers
Review Material,Equipment and Manpower as per production plans
Develop and implement advanced processes and SMT methodologies
Perform defect and failure analyses for Surface Mount Technology
Implementation of QC tools,TPM, Kaizens and 5S
Lead improvements in process yield, quality, cycle time, inventory accuracy and delivery
Providing technical support and trainings on 5'S, Kaizens, EHS
B. Tech./Diploma (E.C.E)
