Job Title: SMS Electrical Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all electrical operations in the Steel Melting Shop (SMS)
• Ensure proper maintenance and smooth functioning of electrical equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement preventive measures
• Coordinate with the production and mechanical teams for seamless operations
• Plan and execute electrical projects within defined timelines
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Manage and train the electrical team for enhanced performance

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 8 years of experience in SMS electrical operations
• Strong knowledge of SMS processes and electrical systems in the steel industry
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Proficient in PLC, automation, and electrical maintenance systems

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in Steel Melting Shop (SMS) operations
• Willingness to relocate to Gandhidham
