Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage Deep Ayurveda’s social media strategy across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Content Planning: Coordinate with content, design, and marketing teams to create engaging and brand-aligned content (posts, videos, stories, reels).
• Campaign Execution: Launch and monitor organic promotional campaigns, including health awareness, product education, and engagement initiatives.
• Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to queries, and manage comments/messages to maintain a positive brand image.
• Performance Analytics: Track KPIs (reach, engagement, follower growth, etc.), generate performance reports, and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, hashtags, and platform algorithm changes to keep content relevant and effective.
• Collaboration: Work closely with digital marketing and SEO teams to align strategies for maximum brand visibility.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor's in Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
• Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in the wellness, healthcare, or FMCG sector.
• Skills: Creative thinking, excellent communication skills, basic graphic editing, reel-making, and a solid understanding of social media platforms and tools.
• Tools Knowledge: Experience with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer/Hootsuite, and Instagram insights.
