SMO Executive

Role & responsibilities

Social Media Management (SMO):

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive content calendar for all social media channels, ensuring consistent and timely posts.
• Manage online brand reputation by monitoring mentions, responding to comments and messages, and addressing customer feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze social media performance using platform analytics and dedicated social media tools, providing regular reports on key metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.).
• Stay informed about the latest social media trends, platform updates, and advertising opportunities.

Marketing & Coordination:

• Agency Co-ordination

  : Liaise effectively with external agencies (e.g., creative, PR, advertising) to ensure integrated marketing campaigns and consistent brand messaging.

• Social Media Tools Management:

  Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) for scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.

• WhatsApp Marketing:

  Develop and execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns to engage with target audiences and drive conversions.

• Email Marketing:

  Assist in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in SEO and Social Media Marketing roles.
• Proven track record of successfully improving search engine rankings and increasing organic traffic.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, algorithm updates, and ranking factors.
• Proficiency with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.).
• Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.5
