SME/ATL/TL - AR Follow Up

Job Responsibilities & Competencies:

· Must be a Graduate with minimum work experience of 4+ years in AR follow up for US Health Care / Revenue Cycle Management company.

(Preference will be given to the candidates having prior knowledge of Hospital Billing and knowledge of EPIC system)

• Work on OLD AR and collect outstanding amounts.
• Publish a daily report that provides a snapshot of work inventory in terms of Denials, Rejections, Failures, and inactive AR to ensure that TAT is being met.
• Continual development to be an expert with knowledge of respective clients, specialties, and PM systems.
• Speaks or writes clearly and persuasively; provides clarification; responds well to questions; participates in and contributes to meetings.
• Follows policies and procedures; Completes tasks correctly and on time; Supports organization's goals and values.
• Follows instructions, responds to management direction; Takes responsibility for own actions; Keeps commitments; Willing to put in the necessary time to accomplish goals.
