SME (Subject Matter Expert)

Role Overview: As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) at our company located in Noida Sector 16, you will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and refining educational content with a primary focus on curriculum-aligned lesson plans and assessments for K-12 students. Your dedication and expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of educational resources. Key Responsibilities: - Develop curriculum-aligned lesson plans and educational resources tailored for K-12 students. - Create high-quality questions, solutions, and explanations for specific subjects. - Review and proofread content to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment with educational standards. - Provide clear, concise, and age-appropriate explanations of complex concepts. - Collaborate effectively with instructional designers and editors to maintain content excellence. - Stay informed about educational trends and curriculum changes to enhance content relevance. - Implement feedback received to enhance and refine educational materials as necessary. Qualification Required: - Strong subject matter expertise in one or more K-12 subjects or graduation fields such as Science, Math, English, or Social Studies. - Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in the relevant field. - Proficiency in MS Word is essential; familiarity with LaTeX is considered a plus. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. - Display strong attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
