As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you play a crucial role in the organization's success by leveraging your extensive knowledge and experience to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements. Your responsibilities include driving technological advancements and providing subject matter expertise in Test and quality across Automation and Dev-ops. You lead efforts in modernizing the existing test architecture and implementing best Automation frameworks integrated with Dev-ops pipeline to maximize the product capability for delivering ROI. You are actively involved in scoping tests early in the delivery life cycle, providing technical guidance to Automation teams, troubleshooting defects, and offering preventive actions. Effective communication is essential for reporting to stakeholders and facilitating better decisions. You analyze release strategies, current landscape, and challenges to suggest continuous improvement and innovation, while also anticipating future hurdles and developing mitigation strategies. Delivering results is a key focus, where successful technology implementation and acceptability across hierarchies are ensured. You leverage hands-on expertise to document and optimize business processes, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with various teams to strengthen deliveries. Your experience includes IT Quality Assurance for Mid to Large size enterprise deliveries, SAP implementations, automation frameworks, performance testing, and developing test strategies. As an SME, you contribute to establishing a touchless CI-CD pipeline, design, technical debt reduction, and faster, quality-controlled deliveries. You lead the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering process, improving control, accuracy, integrity, and time to market. Collaborating with cross-functional teams is crucial to identify and resolve defects, ensuring high-quality software delivery. Your role involves setting the digital agenda to drive the development, provision, and operation of digital products and services using new technology and agile delivery methods.
