Job Description

As a 24*7 Network L3/SME support, your role will involve performing network maintenance and system upgrades such as service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations. You will be responsible for resolving network service tickets and incidents related to routing and switching. Additionally, you will provide network troubleshooting support for connectivity and performance issues. Your duties will also include supporting new deployments by preparing and executing MOPs on routing and switching, collaborating with product vendors and service providers, preparing and updating SOPs, as well as preparing, reviewing, and updating network diagrams. You will also be involved in network audit support. Key Responsibilities: - Hands-on experience with routing protocols such as Static, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, MPLS-VPN - Hands-on experience with VXLAN operation and management - Hands-on experience with NDFC tool - Understanding of HSRP and VRRP - Strong understanding of switching including nexus VPC, LACP, STP, VTP, trunking, and access ports - Management of network access-lists - Strong troubleshooting skills on CLI and using monitoring tools - Good understanding of Multicast protocols - Wireshark analysis - Network solution for fault mitigation - Network capacity management, optimization, and improvement Additional Details: - Add-on skills in Cisco ACI, load-balancers, firewalls, and DNS functionality and troubleshooting.,
