As an integral part of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the mission-critical network infrastructure of our esteemed clients. In this role, your primary responsibilities will include providing expert support on Cisco ACI infrastructure configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization. You will be tasked with installing, configuring, and maintaining Cisco routers, switches, and Nexus 9K hardware. It will be your responsibility to proactively monitor and maintain ACI environments to ensure optimal performance and reliability. The ideal candidate for this position should possess strong hands-on experience with Cisco ACI, along with deep expertise in Routing & Switching protocols such as BGP, OSPF, Static Routing, VPC, FHRP, STP/RSTP/MSTP, NAT, and LACP. A solid understanding of WAN protocols including MPLS, IPSEC, GRE, VPN, and DMVPN is essential. Experience with Cisco Nexus 9K series setup and configuration is highly desirable. Moreover, excellent communication, coordination, and troubleshooting skills are crucial for success in this role, as you will be expected to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Familiarity with Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela) and GETVPN, as well as the ability to comprehend hybrid enterprise architectures and end-to-end network flows, are considered advantageous. Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the companys security team. Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution. Design and deploy company LANs, WANs, and wireless networks, including servers, routers, switches, UPSs, and other hardware. Design, implement, and support firewalls, site-to-site VPNs, and remote-access VPNs. Perform server and security audits, and system backups and recovery. Exposure to AWS Environment Proven hands-on network engineering experience CCNA or higher (CCNP highly valued) Solid understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model Good understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS) Preferred candidate profile Minimum 3+ Years of experience with relevant certifications. L2 engineer with good DC R& S experience (approx. 5-7 years of exp.)
