Job Description

You will be responsible for 24*7 Network L3/SME support, performing network maintenance and system upgrades, including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations. Additionally, you will handle network service ticket and incident resolution on routing and switching, network troubleshooting support for connectivity and performance issues, and new deployment support with MOP preparation and execution on routing and switching. Collaboration with product vendors and service providers will also be part of your responsibilities. You must possess hands-on experience with routing protocols such as Static, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, and MPLS-VPN, as well as VXLAN operation and management, and NDFC tool. Understanding of HSRP, VRRP, switching technologies (nexus VPC, LACP, STP, VTP, trunking, Access ports), network access-list management, strong troubleshooting skills on CLI and monitoring tools, Multicast protocols, Wireshark analysis, network solution on fault mitigation, network capacity management, optimization, and improvement are essential. Additional skills in Cisco ACI, load balancers, firewalls, and DNS functionality and troubleshooting would be considered an advantage. You will also be involved in SOP preparation, review, and update, network diagram preparation, review, and update, network audit support, and overall network infrastructure management.,
