SME- Infrastructure Systems

As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) specializing in Infrastructure Systems, your role is crucial in supporting and enhancing facility systems. Your primary responsibility is to leverage your technical proficiency to ensure the seamless operation and effective communication infrastructure within the organization. Your key duties in this role include offering expert guidance and insights to facilitate decision-making and strategic planning concerning infrastructure systems. You will also be instrumental in assisting project teams by providing technical support, sharing best practices, and ensuring adherence to industry standards to optimize project outcomes. Moreover, you will play a vital role in developing training materials, documentation, and knowledge bases to support system usage and troubleshooting. Quality assurance is another essential aspect of your job, where you will review and validate work to maintain accuracy, compliance, and alignment with company standards. Acting as a go-to resource for resolving complex issues related to facility systems and communications, you will provide consultation and advice to stakeholders. Additionally, part of your responsibilities will involve educating and mentoring team members to enhance their knowledge and capabilities, thereby building a competent support team. Staying updated with industry trends and evolving standards is imperative to continuously improve system designs and operations. Your qualifications should include a Diploma or Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication or Electrical and Electronics Engineering, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience in infrastructure systems and technologies. The role may require occasional travel to project sites, although it is primarily office-based. Your primary skill set should encompass proficiency in Low Voltage Cabling, Power Systems, Cooling Infrastructure, and Data Closet Design. Secondary skills such as Sound Masking and Paging Systems, EHS Alerting Systems, and BAS Knowledge can provide additional support in extended responsibilities or cross-functional engagements.,
