Job Description

Operator Smart Flute Machine will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, monitoring, and operating a Smart Flute machine: dismantle previous job, log impressions on saved jobs with date, press and chase number.

• Operate Smart Flute machine as per job requirements and company’s standard operating procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the Smart Flute process.

Job Requirements

SSC /HSC /ITI or related field.

At least 3 years of experience in operating Smart Flute machines in the Post Printing Packaging industry.

• Knowledge of Smart Flute processes,
• Proficiency in operating Smart Flute machines, including knowledge of Job set-up, quality control, and maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and company policies.
• Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.
