As a Social Media Data Specialist at EY Global Delivery Services, you will be responsible for analyzing and visualizing complex data to create reports that inform communications and marketing decisions, as well as help in the creation of impactful social media content. Your role involves working with social media performance metrics and native platforms, utilizing specialist tools for monitoring and evaluation, and delivering reports on EY's performance, competitor activities, trending topics, and influencer engagement. You will also be expected to provide insights on industry issues, crisis monitoring, and contribute to a collaborative team environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Creating regular social media evaluation and insight reports - Building and maintaining evaluation and insight dashboards - Optimizing social media tools set up and automating reports - Providing ad-hoc reporting on business areas and trending topics - Analyzing and organizing data into clear presentations - Standing up crisis monitoring and hourly reporting - Contributing ideas for improving data-led social media approach - Being part of a supportive and proactive team **Skills and Attributes for Success:** - Strong knowledge of social media performance metrics - Familiarity with Boolean queries and listening report creation - Ability to analyze complex data and create clear visualizations - Willingness to interpret data for actionable insights - Team player with innovative mindset and tech adoption - Understanding of crisis management processes - Excellent communication and data visualization skills **Technologies and Tools:** - Experience with social media listening tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Brandwatch) - Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word) **Qualifications Required:** - Knowledge of social and digital media research & analytics - Strong business writing and communication skills - Willingness to collaborate with teams and expand core skills - 6-9 years of experience in social media listening **Additional Details:** EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) operates across six locations globally and offers fulfilling career opportunities in various disciplines.
