Slot Game Mathematician

You will be responsible for developing innovative game mathematics for various slot games, including classic slots, video slots, and progressive jackpots. This will involve calculating and analyzing game parameters such as RTP, variance, and hit frequency to ensure an engaging and balanced gameplay experience. In addition, you will collaborate with game designers and developers to align game mathematics with regulatory requirements and company standards. To qualify for this role, you should have an advanced degree in mathematics or a related field, along with a strong understanding of probability theory, statistics, and game theory. Previous experience in the gaming industry, particularly with slot games, is preferred. You must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule.
