Lead Conversion & Sales:

• Handle inbound leads and proactively follow up with prospects via calls, emails, or in-person meetings.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed clients by explaining available immigration services and value propositions.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Client Consultation:

• Assess client eligibility based on immigration criteria and recommend suitable programs (e.g., PR, study, work visas).
• Build trust and rapport with clients to understand their needs and present the best solutions.

CRM & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of leads, consultations, and conversions using CRM tools.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Market Knowledge:

• Stay updated on immigration rules and programs for key destinations (Canada, Australia, UK, etc.).
• Communicate new visa updates or offers to prospective clients.

Team Collaboration:

• Coordinate with processing teams for smooth handover of closed clients.
• Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
