Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with FSSAI, EIC, APEDA & global regulations.Handle product approvals, licensing, labeling & export documentation.Liaise with govt. authorities & certification bodies.Support R&D & QA in new product development and audits

Requirements

B.Sc./M.Sc. in Food Tech /Food Science / Microbiology.2-6 yrs in regulatory affairs (preferably non-veg sector).Strong knowledge of FSSAI, HACCP, Codex, export norms.Experience with label vetting, halal certifications, international compliance is a plus
