About the opportunity: As an Inventory Manager, your primary responsibility is to oversee and manage all aspects of inventory control and management. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate stock levels, efficient order fulfillment, and optimal inventory turnover to support the company's goals. Responsibilities: ? Utilizing modern procedures, including racking, barcoding to maintain and control inventory levels effectively. ? Examine the levels of supplies and raw material to determine shortages and ensure the inventory levels for top 100 SKUs are maintained ? Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels (Website, Market Places, Retail, Corporate Sales) ? Monitor and ensure daily deliveries and shipments are documented to reconcile inventory. ? Use Unicommerce software to monitor demand and anticipate potential inventory issues ? Monitor SKU performance on all channels ? Coordinate product listings and updates on channels ? Coordinate with Purchase Manager to replenish stock to avoid insufficiencies or excessive surplus. ? Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met. ? Report to the upper management on stock levels, issues etc. ? Supervise and provide training to inventory team and ensure smooth workflow within the team. Requirements: ? Proven experience in inventory management, particularly in ecommerce industry ? Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods ? Working knowledge of inventory management software ? Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports ? An analytical mind with strong math skills

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inventory Manager to oversee our company's supply chain operations15+ stores. He/she will be responsible for managing a team of 15+ store managers and ensuring efficient inventory management across all stores. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in handling multiple SKUs and multiple stores, possess strong leadership and organizational skills. Responsibilities : 1. Inventory Planning & Control : Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory management at 15+ store locations. Re-Order Point, Store Arrangement & Ensuring inventory match of 99%+ match. 2. Inventory Distribution: Managing distribution & invoicing of multiple SKUs at each store, keeping proper records of acknowledgement & customer Satisfaction 3. Team Management : Manage and provide guidance/training to a team of 15+ store managers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. 4. Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, and operations, to streamline processes and enhance overall supply chain efficiency. 5. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain processes, reduce costs, and improve overall operational performance. 6. Provide regular reports and updates to the Head of Logistics, highlighting key supply chain metrics. 7. Daily Cycle Count : Ensuring Cycle Counting is done at Each Store. 8. Data Maintenance : Maintaining critical reports like Distribution, Exchanges, acknowledgements, Inventory Count. Requirements: 1. Proven experience of at least 7-10 years in supply chain management, preferably in a retail or multi-store environment. 2. Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, demand forecasting, and supply chain optimization techniques and should have handled multiple SKUs. 3. Experience in managing and leading teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 4. Proficient in using supply chain management software and tools, with a good understanding of ERP systems. SAP or Zoho will be a plus. 5. Should have worked in Startup environment and should be able to work independently. 6. Strong Hold on MIS tracking and Excel 7. Education background of Supply Chain will be a Plus.
