About the opportunity: As an Inventory Manager, your primary responsibility is to oversee and manage all aspects of inventory control and management. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate stock levels, efficient order fulfillment, and optimal inventory turnover to support the company's goals. Responsibilities: ? Utilizing modern procedures, including racking, barcoding to maintain and control inventory levels effectively. ? Examine the levels of supplies and raw material to determine shortages and ensure the inventory levels for top 100 SKUs are maintained ? Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels (Website, Market Places, Retail, Corporate Sales) ? Monitor and ensure daily deliveries and shipments are documented to reconcile inventory. ? Use Unicommerce software to monitor demand and anticipate potential inventory issues ? Monitor SKU performance on all channels ? Coordinate product listings and updates on channels ? Coordinate with Purchase Manager to replenish stock to avoid insufficiencies or excessive surplus. ? Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met. ? Report to the upper management on stock levels, issues etc. ? Supervise and provide training to inventory team and ensure smooth workflow within the team. Requirements: ? Proven experience in inventory management, particularly in ecommerce industry ? Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods ? Working knowledge of inventory management software ? Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports ? An analytical mind with strong math skills

Monitor and restock inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and all necessary caf supplies. ? Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and regulations. ? Educate customers on menu items and promote Ugaoo's retail products or events when appropriate. ? Perform opening and closing duties, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and securing the workstation. ? Resolve minor customer service issues or promptly escalate complex problems to the manager. Requirements: ? Proven work experience (1+ years) as a Barista in a commercial setting. ? Expertise in operating and cleaning commercial espresso machines and grinders. ? Exceptional customer service and strong verbal communication skills. ? Demonstrated reliability and punctuality for all scheduled shifts. ? Comfortable handling money and operating a Point-of-Sale (POS) system. ? Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. ? Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
