About The Role

R&R Skin in Leh is looking for a skilled and experienced Skin Aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in professional skin treatments, cosmetic procedures, and client care. Preference will be candidates from Nagaland, Manipur, Darjeeling, Arunachal Pradesh, and Uttarakhand who are passionate about the beauty and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities

Perform advanced skin and aesthetic treatments (peels, facials, laser, derma procedures, etc.)Assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments and skincare plansMaintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and client careStay updated with the latest skin and aesthetic technologies and trendsBuild strong client relationships and ensure repeat businessMaintain proper documentation of client history and treatment progress

Requirements

Diploma/Certification in Cosmetology / Aesthetics / Skin CareMinimum 23 years of professional experience in skin aestheticsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong knowledge of skin analysis and treatment protocolsAbility to deliver premium client service in a professional environment
