Skin therapist

Role Overview: As a Skin Therapist at Radiance Clinic, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of non-invasive skin treatments such as peels, medi-facials, lasers, hydrafacial, etc. according to protocols. Your role will involve assisting dermatologists during procedures, conducting skin analysis, recommending suitable treatments, maintaining hygiene and sterilization protocols, managing inventory of skincare products, and counseling patients about skincare regimens and treatment plans. Additionally, you will document treatments accurately, ensure patient comfort and satisfaction, attend training sessions to stay updated with new procedures and technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Perform non-invasive skin treatments as per protocols - Assist dermatologists during procedures and pre/post-procedure care - Conduct skin analysis and recommend suitable treatments - Maintain hygiene and sterilization protocols - Manage inventory of skincare products and consumables - Counsel patients about skincare regimens and treatment plans - Document treatments accurately - Ensure patient comfort and satisfaction - Attend training sessions to stay updated with new procedures and technologies Qualification Required: - Diploma or certification in Cosmetology, Aesthetics, or related field - Prior experience in a dermatology/aesthetic clinic preferred - Excellent communication skills and a pleasant personality - Good understanding of skin types, conditions, and cosmetic procedures - Willingness to learn and adapt to clinic protocols and new technologies - Fluency in English, Hindi, and regional language is a plus (Note: Omitting the "What We Offer" section as it is not directly related to the job description),
