Skin Therapist Job Description at Aesthetics Clinic - Female

Location: Borivali west, Mumbai

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Skin Therapist to join our aesthetics clinic. The ideal candidate will have expertise in advanced skincare treatments, a strong understanding of skin health, and a client-focused approach. You will be responsible for performing various non-invasive aesthetic treatments, advising clients on skincare regimens, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a range of aesthetic treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser therapy, and skin rejuvenation procedures.
• Conduct skin assessments and consultations to recommend personalized skincare solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and technologies.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, post-treatment care, and best practices.
• Ensure all treatments are performed in compliance with clinic protocols and safety regulations.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and sterilization in treatment rooms.
• Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with dermatologists, aestheticians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Stay updated with industry trends and participate in training and professional development sessions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Certification/Diploma in cosmetology, aesthetics, or a related field.
• Experience in an aesthetics clinic, dermatology center, or spa is preferred.
• Knowledge of advanced skincare treatments and medical-grade skincare products.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional, friendly, and customer-service-oriented approach.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
