Job Title: Skin Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Skin Technician to join our team at The Meridien Wellness. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality skin treatments, consultations, and personalized care to clients. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first attitude to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct professional skin analysis and consultations to understand client needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Perform a variety of skin care services such as facials, peels, skin rejuvenation, and other advanced cosmetic treatments.
• Operate and maintain skin treatment equipment and machines with proper hygiene and safety protocols.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of latest skin care trends, products, and techniques.
• Educate clients on skin care routines, products, and post-treatment care.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and update client profiles.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of work area as per company and industry standards.
• Upsell services and products to enhance client experience and meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client journey.
• Adhere strictly to company policies and protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma/Certification in Skin Care, Cosmetology, or related field from a recognized institute.
• 1-3 years of experience as a skin technician or aesthetician in a wellness center or dermatology clinic.
• Knowledge of skin anatomy, common skin concerns, and advanced treatment methods.
• Experience with skin treatment machines such as laser devices, microdermabrasion, and RF machines is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional, well-groomed, and client-centric attitude.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust with clients.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
