Skin & Spa Trainer

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Skin & Spa Trainer to train, develop, and upskill our team of therapists. The trainer will be responsible for delivering practical and theoretical training on skin treatments, spa therapies, product knowledge, hygiene standards, and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing staff on skin care treatments, spa therapies, and wellness services.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations and supervise practice sessions to ensure quality and consistency in services.
• Educate staff on product knowledge, treatment protocols, client consultation, and upselling techniques.
• Ensure adherence to company standards, hygiene protocols, and safety guidelines.
• Regularly assess the performance of therapists and provide feedback for improvement.
• Develop training materials, manuals, and SOPs to support learning and standardization.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in skin care and spa therapy.
• Assist in evaluating new products and treatments before introduction in the salon/spa.
• Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements in service delivery.
• Conduct refresher training sessions to maintain high service standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Certification in Skin Care, Beauty Therapy, or Spa Management from a recognized institute.
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Skin & Spa Trainer / Senior Therapist .
• Strong knowledge of facial treatments, advanced skin care, body spa therapies, and wellness services.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and guide team members effectively.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene practices in spa and salon environments.
• Flexibility to travel and conduct training across multiple locations (if required).

Pay: ₹9,298.11 - ₹47,589.52 per month
