Skin & Spa Trainer

As an experienced and passionate Skin & Spa Trainer, your role will involve training, developing, and upskilling the team of therapists. You will be responsible for delivering both practical and theoretical training on various aspects such as skin treatments, spa therapies, product knowledge, hygiene standards, and customer service excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing staff focusing on skin care treatments, spa therapies, and wellness services. - Provide hands-on demonstrations and supervise practice sessions to maintain quality and consistency in services. - Educate staff on product knowledge, treatment protocols, client consultation, and upselling techniques. - Ensure strict adherence to company standards, hygiene protocols, and safety guidelines. - Regularly assess the performance of therapists and offer constructive feedback for improvement. - Develop training materials, manuals, and SOPs to facilitate learning and standardization. - Keep abreast of the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in skin care and spa therapy. - Assist in evaluating new products and treatments before their introduction in the salon/spa. - Monitor customer feedback and recommend enhancements in service delivery. - Conduct refresher training sessions to uphold high service standards. Requirements: - Diploma/Certification in Skin Care, Beauty Therapy, or Spa Management from a recognized institute. - Proven experience (3+ years) as a Skin & Spa Trainer / Senior Therapist. - Strong knowledge of facial treatments, advanced skin care, body spa therapies, and wellness services. - Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to motivate and guide team members effectively. - Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene practices in spa and salon environments. - Flexibility to travel and conduct training across multiple locations if required.
