Worst service. You will get a maximum of 10Mbps speed in 40Mbps plan. They will always promise you that the issues will be solved but nothing will happen. They are just making good profit because of no good ISP in patna.

Do yourselves a favour and dont take their service. They charge extra money as office charge for renewing wifi plans offline and block your online service instance when the renewal day arrives. They are looting thousands of people of lacs and lacs through this

i thought cable connection better but again it same as other internet from from few month internet like this request time out. can't play online game ping :-Google, League of Legend NA srver, League of Legend Garena Server, last one is it's own DNS that is fine only

The internet as well as staffs are so bad that I can't even imagine that they can ever provide you with good internet.It always disconnects in every 5 mins and then you have to restart your router .simply the worst internet in patna

the service is too poor, as well as customer service also poor in my area. they don't give f**k about you. they only want your money nothing else if you call to make a complain they keep saying that we have a technical fault in our main line.
