Site Supervisor(Mechanical)

As an Asst. Engineer/Engineer- Valuations in the Mechanical domain, you will be responsible for performing valuation analysis on a wide range of companies using all accepted and relevant Asset Valuation approaches and theories. Your role will involve analysis, reconciliation, and summarization of data using various software applications. You will also be required to identify the replacement cost/market values of assets through market surveys, follow up/communicate with clients, and prepare valuation reports based on surveys. Key Responsibilities: - Performing valuation analysis using Asset Valuation approaches and theories - Analyzing, reconciling, and summarizing data using various software applications - Identifying replacement cost/market values of assets through market surveys - Following up and communicating with clients - Preparing valuation reports based on surveys Qualifications Required: - B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering - Proficiency in Ms Office Suite (particularly Ms Excel & Ms Office) & Internet - Zeal for hard work and high spirited attitude - Confidence, dedication, and readiness to take on challenges - Flexibility with timings and ability to drive things swiftly - Analytical thinking and reasoning abilities - Prior experience in a similar profile would be a plus - Immediate joiners are preferred - Excellent communication skills - Comfortable with traveling - Knowledge of AutoCAD would be a plus,
